After you submit your request, we will check your information and reply to you as soon as possible.
Please follow the instructions in the email, confirm your reservation and make the payment.
Once the reservation is confirmed, a cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel your reservation.
STEP3 Come to the rental location , Pick up your RV and Start your trip
Please come to the pick-up location on time.
After confirming your identity and driver’s license, we will explain all the details for you before you start to drive. So no need to worry about anything even if this is your first time to rent an RV in Japan.

STEP4 Return the RV back to the rental location
Please return the RV on time with a full tank of gas, otherwise we will charge you extra expenses.
Please contact us as soon as you can if you can’t return the RV on time or any other unexpected situation.

Prohibited matter
Pets are not allowed in the RVs.Pet owners will incur an extra charge for any damage caused by animals, or any special cleaning required as a result of shedding or accidents.
All RVs are non-smoking.Smokers have to pay the fine JPY20,000 if caught smoking in the RVs.
